One of the highest priced estates on the market in Las Vegas at $10.5 million, has been sold to out-of-state entrepreneurs by Las Vegas top luxury market Broker, Cheryl Davis, owner of Paragon Premier Properties and partner with Steve Tobia, Founder/CEO of DREAMS Luxury Network.
“Our clients were looking for a private secluded compound to call home when they are not traveling the world for their business,” explains Davis. “They wanted an estate with privacy, a large compound for a separate guest home, park-like grounds and security. The O’Bannon Estate offered these amenities compared to other exclusive newer communities.”
And when it comes to relocating to Las Vegas either at the high-end market over $1 million or to the mid-range of $500,000 to $1 million, the region offers numerous unique communities, lifestyles and options.
