Bigger, Better All-Star Chef Classic Returns to L.A. LIVE March 11-14
All-Star Chef Classic is an intimate, exclusive culinary celebration bringing together some of the world’s most innovative and celebrated chefs at L.A. LIVE March 11-14. All the action takes place in the Chefs Tasting Arena™ and Restaurant Stadium™ presented by Wilsonart, a state-the-art venue with stadium seating, lights, cameras and LED screens, giving fans the perfect view of all the action taking place in the round.
Hosted by Billy Harris and Allison Sweeney, the Classic will feature the talents of chefs Dominique Crenn, Wylie Dufresne, Nancy Silverton, Roy Choi, Graham Elliot, Gavin Kaysen, Nancy Oakes, Iñaki Aizpitarte, Marc Meneau, Alain Passard and others.
This year three dinners and one charity lunch will be served in Restaurant Stadium.
— Three Masters’ Dinners: French, American and British – will celebrate culinary excellence and showcase traditional fine dining meal based on a particular cuisine brought into the 21st Century in an interactive way. The dinners are multi-course, for 300 guests, prepared and served in setting of Restaurant Stadium.
— Cuisine for the Cure: In partnership with City of Hope, expert chefs Jenn Louis, Suzanne Goin, Brooks Headley and Aaron Sanchez will cook a four-course luncheon using an assortment of superfoods that ultimately may help treat or prevent cancer.
— Kitchen Kids presented by Le Creuset features 200 kids taking part in a world record-breaking cooking class.
— The four days of events culminate with a giant cookout, Grill & Chill, presented by DCS & Stella Artois and expanding to 20 chefs this year.
